How to deal with cracks appearing at internal/external corners?

During the real stone paint spraying process, cracks sometimes appear at the corners (inside and outside). This is because corners are where two surfaces meet, and if real stone paint is applied, two different directional tensions will simultaneously act on the paint film at the corners during the drying process, making them prone to cracking. On-site solution: For corners where cracks are found, use a spray gun to apply a thin coat again, spray again after half an hour, until the cracks are covered. For newly sprayed corners, special attention should be paid not to spray too thickly at once. Adopt the method of thin spraying in multiple layers, meaning respraying after the surface is dry. The spray gun should be held at a distance, the movement speed should be fast, and it should not be sprayed perpendicularly to the corners; only scattering should be adopted, meaning spraying two surfaces.

During the application of real stone paint, cracks sometimes appear at internal and external corners because these corners are the intersection of two surfaces. If real stone paint is applied, two forces of different directions will simultaneously act on the paint film at the corners during the drying process, making them prone to cracking. On-site solution: For corners where cracks are found, lightly re-spray with a spray gun, then spray again after half an hour until the cracks are covered. For newly sprayed corners, pay special attention not to spray too thickly in one go. Instead, adopt a thin multi-layer method, meaning re-spray after the surface dries. Keep the spray gun far away, move it quickly, and do not spray perpendicular to the corner. Instead, use a scattering technique, meaning spray the two surfaces and let the edges of the mist sweep into the corners.
